Core Power Flow (streamed online + in person/studio): A true blend of balance, core strengthening and flexibility. A strong core is a necessary component in all postures. You’ll focus on yoga postures that open the shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening your core and upper body. Pull focus out of your head and into your body & heart.

Freestyle Flow (streamed online + in person/studio): This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

Strength & Core (streamed online + person/studio): A core based class that has the body working hard to strengthen and condition the muscles and joints. Dynamic movement and static holds to bring th e body into balance. Have a water bottle handy to rehydrate.

Qigong (streamed online + in person/studio): Qi=life energy, breath, the essence of life. Gong=means work or skill that is cultivated through steady practice. Qigong=gentle form of exercise to heal, remove blockages and strengthen the body.

Gentle Vinyasa: (streamed online only) is a scaled back version of a Vinyasa Flow class. This class focuses more on stretching out muscle and fascia plus finding mental quietness as you move into gentle versions of yoga asanas. Be kind to your body and enjoy a more laid back flow.

Vinyasa Flow (streamed online + in person/studio): Expect movement, not just stretching. Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a diverse series of smooth moving poses united with the breath. Yoga helps to expel toxins. It re-energizes your body and relaxes your mind. Come strengthen and tone your muscles.

The Slow Burn (streamed online + in person/studio): Static holds that push the muscles to the limit followed by a flowing vinyasa to recover. Allow the body to infuse with the pose & notice subtle differences as the practice progresses. Using long holds to gain strength & stamina achieving "The Slow Burn”.

Qigong/Yoga Fusion (streamed online + in person/studio): Blending the energy movement of Qigong with the strength and flexibility of yoga. A great pairing for a gentle hour of exercise.

Weekend Recovery (streamed online + in person/studio): The weekend is almost over, time to recover. A restorative class that will put you in a positive headspace for the upcoming Monday morning and give you a fantastic night's sleep.

Barre Fitness (streamed online + in person/studio): A combination of Ballet, Yoga, Pilates and some Qigong energy flowing warm-ups, this class will elevate the heart rate, strengthen the muscles and connect you to the movements of your body.

Before Brunch (streamed online + in person/studio): A Vinyasa based class that helps build a hunger for brunch. Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practice as poses ebb and flow between effort and ease.

Age with Grace * Starts SEPT *(streamed online + in person/studio) : This yoga class is great for people with limitations or seniors to increase joint mobility, respiration, body awareness, balance, strength, and vitality. Most of the yoga poses are done either sitting in a chair or standing using a chair for support. Modifications will be provided so everyone can work at their own pace and ability.

Kundalini Yoga (in person only, no live stream): An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices. Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, music + mantras such as Sat Nam, meaning "truth is my identity." The goal is to build physical vitality and increase awareness.
